We’re in the hospital now — just after I got to work this morning

    Wow, an amazing play by play. John, you've documented the delivery beautifully. I started tearing up when reading the lyrics to Kathy's Song. That my absolute favorite Paul Simon song. Sam is my nephew's name. I've always liked it. Congratulations to both of you and good luck on this new adventure in parenting! Hope to see you and meet Sam soon. :)

    oh, congratulations, congratulations!!! I am crying right now; I think I was just excited until I read the Simon and Garfunkel lyrics, and now I'm a basket case. :P my best to the three of you. I know you and Kathy will make great parents.

    I so loved your story of Sam's birth! I too am crying after reading it. Sam is such a lucky little boy to have such awesome parents. Congratulations!
